RJ Miller Events Co. – Ticket Purchase Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket for any RJ Miller Events Co. experience, you agree to the following terms:

All Sales Are Final
Tickets are non-refundable. Once purchased, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including schedule conflicts, personal circumstances, or failure to attend.

Ticket Transfers & Resale
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer or privately resell your ticket at your discretion. RJ Miller Events Co. does not facilitate resales.

Event Rescheduling
In the unlikely event an RJ Miller Events Co. event must be rescheduled due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., venue issues, severe weather, emergencies), all existing tickets will automatically be credited for the new date. No refunds will be provided.

Event Cancellation
If an event is fully cancelled with no rescheduled date, ticket holders will be offered a credit toward a future RJ Miller Events Co. event of equal value.

Photography & Media Release
By attending, guests acknowledge that photos and videos may be taken during the event and used for promotional purposes by RJ Miller Events Co.

Assumption of Risk
Guests attend at their own risk. RJ Miller Events Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen property, personal injury, or incidents not directly caused by event staff.

Code of Conduct
RJ Miller Events Co. reserves the right to remove any attendee engaging in disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior, without refund.

Your tickets are being purchased from RJ Miller Events Co. (the organizer).

Tickit's services are limited to generating and delivering tickets and forwarding your payment to the organizer. Tickit’s fees for this service are non-refundable.

All communications or disputes regarding ticket order refunds, chargebacks, changes, disruptions and cancellation are between you and the organizer. Tickit will be not be liable or responsible in any way for refunds or chargebacks in connection with the organizer's events.
